TERMS AND CONDITION FOR THE BUS USERS
The following terms and condition is part of the transportation service of Druk school.
1. The Parent/guardian acknowledges that Student must comply with the School Bus safety rules and protocol while being transported to, and from School.
2. The Parent/Guardian is responsible for the safety of their Child/children travelling to and from the pick and drop off point.
3. If Parent/Guardian permanently moves his/her residence they have to inform the office one month ahead, if his/her child/children wishes to continue the use of bus service.
4. The parent/Guardian should pay the Bus fees every first week of the month or can be paid in lump-sum.
5. The School Bus service is available only from Monday to Friday.
6. At time, our bus timings may very due to traffic conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. During those times, parent/Guardian will be informed accordingly by the teacher intern on duty.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances like breaking down of school bus in the middle of the journey or prior to departing the bus, making it incapable of continuing its schedule trips, parent/Guardian will be inform to pick or drop their Child/Children that day. Nevertheless, bus management team assures to avoid such problems to cause any inconvenience to the parent/guardian. But we request parent/guardian to please comply with the management when such circumstances arise.
8. It will be responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the teacher intern, if they no longer wish their child/children to use school bus service. Notice must be given at last a month ahead.
STUDENT SHOULD FOLLOW BUS SAFTEY AND PROTOCOL.
1. Must be ready at pickup point five minutes, before bus arrives.
2. Go promptly to the bus after school, buses are schedule in 10 to 15 minutes.
3. No eating or drinking while in the bus.
4. Refrain from using inappropriate language.
5. Refrain from harassment and bullying any kind.
6. Refrain from throwing object in the bus or out of the bus window.
7. Refrain from tearing of seats cover.
8. All students are advised to be at their bus stop at least five minutes before departure. Our buses will not wait past the schedule departure time.
9. The students that late to the bus will be left behind.
10. Students are not allowed to leave the bus only at their regular designated stops. In case of changes in designation, students should call parent/guardian and conform with teacher intern on duty.
11. Do not distract the bus Driver
